School History:

Kitchener Elementary School has been serving the north central area of Regina since 1922. In 1980, it was one of the original eleven schools to receive the community school designation. The school has an enrollment of close to 250 students, 80% of which are from Indigenous ancestry. Kitchener serves as the hub of the community offering a variety of programs and activities that assist in the development and well-being of the entire school community.
